deadlift....

i cant remember if i ever posted this over here, but i was just at oneof the other sites i frequent and we where talking deads..... how bad does my form look?

Looks pretty solid

I see you bending your arms though.
Back rounds a little, but that seems to be within reason.

It's really not bad at all. But a knitpicker might say your butt isn't low enough, but hell, I guarantee when I hurt myself I was probably nearly doing stiff leg when I wasn't trying to ;)

Looking large in the video too there NT!

this video is old, maybe 8 months old.... was a slow day in the gym and i was trying to get it for my consultant, so i had a buddy hook me up... i will get more

was an easy lift, nothing too crazy was just using it to check out form

Right on.:biglifter:

Not bad. The first rep your arms weren't locked and caused a jerk in the chain, but that happens from time to time to all of us.

nighttrain 02-14-2010 04:09 PM

ok.. when i start deads again i will try to wtch that

big valsalva 02-14-2010 04:42 PM

I have nothing to add. The main thing that sticks out for me is the jerk to start the first rep. Other than that, right on. I echo RickB. You're looking massive.

^ I should have said very good. You have it pretty much down tight. I just wanted to make sure I clarified myself so I didn't sound like a dork.
