If you aren't hitting plateaus and gains are still coming, why change? I made a modified 531 for myself and it's been the best workout plan I've been on. Consistent, steady gains the whole time. If I hadn't torn the hell out of my groin at work last year I'd probably be in the high 500 in my squat and DL now. When I got back into the swing of things last spring I went right back to that program.
I guess some more info would be helpful for others to assist you. Specifically what your programming is currently.
