Default Iranian "Hull" can lift up to 386#'s.....so what?

Just came across this article.....in my opinion he's using PED's. What is the consensus? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...id-muscle.html

Guy's huge but that body is not even within the same solar system with "near solid muscle". I train with guys who weigh below 220 while benching 386 for reps so even his lift numbers are nothing special. Also there's not even a debate whether or not he's on something. The only question is what and how much.
