Default Fuck my bad back

Fuck my bad back. Fuck my doctor. Fuck the pain. I am going to deadlift anyway. If I hurt myself again, I will go on pain killers and nurse my back for 3 months again. I am going to pull. I might pull like a weak bitch but at least I am doing what the fuck I want to do.

I finally came to the same place in my own struggle with back pain..... sometimes you just gotta say fuck it and gut it out ! Good luck !

I've been suffering from chronic back pain for all my life, and it got significantly better after I started DL'ing...
The only time I slightly injured my back on a DL was because of bad form/improper technique, which is acceptable only once as a part of the learning process...
Focus on proper technique and you'll probably be fine
Good luck, and may your DL become a source of pleasure and joy again
