Default You tubers and fake plates

So apparently its going around popular youtubers have been called out or caught using fake plates.

Thoughts?

Some googling brought up kali muscle, brad castleberry, and i remember Mike O'hearn got called out for a 495 seated ohp with 0 bend in the bar. Anyway watch out, believe none of what you read and half of what you see.

Meh. All I know is I'm not going to move weight like Ed Coan and many other power lifters out there, but I'm not Steve Erkel either lol. People who want to see what strong looks like just needs to go to a PL meet or watch one of those on the Youtube and the guys who train for those or strongman.

Spotted my training partner doing behind the neck press with 405 for a few reps, hell I did 315 for a few reps.
If we could do it why not pro's using all kinds of gear.
We worked up to 275lb cheat curls, skull crushers with 4 45lb plates & two quarters. Weighted dips he did 6 45lb plates, I did 4 45lb + a 25lb plate for reps.
All I was on was cyp & dbol back in the 80's.
If we had access to tren, gh, igf, I'd love to go back and see what we could of done. with a constant supply & doing proper pct protocol.

I refuse to be so cynical because of a few assholes who create fake videos.

I agree. I want to make one of those Shaw videos where I'm deadlifting over 600 pounds but I'll need some fake plates to stack on the ends. Several of them. Our gym has a few bars that are so bent that people would think I'm bending the bar. Sorry guys, pre workout has taken over.

Pro-tip - Deadlift with a buffalo bar - its bent no matter what weight you put on it.
