So, a little over 2 months (9-19)ago we had to lay our 7 year old boxer Stella to rest. She had a brain tumor and we had to make the incredibly tough decision.
Training sucked during this period.
I felt like we needed to wait a long time before we got another family furiend, however missing the bedtime foot warmer we decided to slowly search and found a new boxer her name is Bindi (we didn't choose the name). She is a rescue and quite a bit of entertainment.
November 14, I totaled 1222 at my 2nd ever powerlifting meet and placed 3rd in my class. 429/320/473
Currently dropping down to the 163lb class for powerlifting. Here's what week 1 looked like.
