Default Chaos & Pain and Casey Butt

I was just thinking...

We have Casey Butt and Chaos and Pain style training on this forum.

CB is more refined, minimal, "less is more" 3 times a week.

CP is more savage, maximal, "more is more" whatever times a week.

They do have similarities, of course. Progression. Hard work. Intelligence. But all things considered, many would consider them opposites.

I really have no point. I just thought I would blather and shoot more bandwidth to the nether.

Edit: Can't leave out the other "C"...John Christy...minimal, strong.

they are kinda opposite man, and my guess is that C&P would be callin CB a pussy for not training super heavy at least 5 days a week.

C&P is a lot of fun, if you like to be in the gym. I like what he says why would I want to train efficiently, when I could train all the time.

That is a pretty good reason so until I get injured I will do C&P, let it heal by doing CB and then go back to C&P, haha

C&P looks at it like a risk reward type of thing.

low risk=low reward

high risk= high reward


remember part of C&P is staying lean as fuck and just in all around great shape and other shit.
