Default 2015 goals

So yes it's only November but I've started to think about my goals for 2015. Not just lifting goals but business and family goals. A few of my goals are:

1. Get a 2nd car
2. Learn more about electrical and HVAC (I'm a maintenance manager)
3. Become more patient with my kids
4. Talk to God more
5. Squat 380, bench 280 and deadlift 500
6. Be a better husband
7. Completely stop smoking.......

These are in no certain order but they are all a priority for me. Most of these I've already started to work on. Do yall set goals? If so please share.

Stay strong physical and mentally!!!!!!!

I like this...good luck on your goals! I quit smoking over a year ago and that is quite possibly one of the hardest things I have ever done!

Thanks. I'm down to about 5-10 a day. Just a habit at work.

I get migraines so bad I throw up and get real sick. If I could take a week off work and stay in bed I'd just stop. It's an excuse but they literally shut me down.

I totally know how you feel with that man. I get them allot too.

It's an excuse but it's a damn good one. There's no way you can train or eat how you should when you have a migraine like that.
People don't really realize how bad they are.

They are extremely bad. I have to get sick , lay in a dark room no sound, no light and try to fall asleep. Then I feel like I have a hangover for the whole next day. Thank God I only get 3-5 a year
