Default Coming soon!!!

To let everyone know as of sept 2nd I will be back on a routine and hope to change my life style. This time around I am taking a different approach to my training then in the past. I am trying to come up with a good base program for body building but i am very stumped on this, because I have never trained this way before.

I am looking for help to build a good foundation program that in which I will be able to adjust later down the road.

Basic Requirements:
1. 4-5 day routine
2. Must have the big 4(OHP,S,D,B)
3. Main lifts(OHP,s,d,B) not going over 5 anything else is fair game

I have decided to make this change because as of late everyone is making fat jokes at my extent, but have seen the raw power I have. I am doing this to help make a positive life change on my eating, which is going to be extremely hard for me because i am a big red meat fan.

Good Luck Man! For most of us, dieting is the hardest thing to change. We are all about switching our training routines in order to get a pound here or there, but when it comes to changing our eating habits.... It's a whole different story. Good onya for making a healthy decision!!
