Default just something worthy of mention

Way home today as I was listening to the CBC here in manitoba a mention was given on a 61 yr old winning the master class of a local Bodybuilding competition. The part I thought was interesting though was he participated in the open class also and got second. beaten only by a 22 yr old.
being that I am not some young punk no more, I like hearing these stories. I realize It not impossible to achieve in the long term with this new hobby of mine.

You don't hear many people who keep at it for the long runs because they want instant gratification and it doesn't always come like that.

Great story.

Older age doesn't have to equate weakness.

A month back there was a 90 something year old lady who completed a marathon.
Most people I know couldn't do the.

I hope I'm that cool when I'm 90.

doesnt really surprise me. a lot of the younger bbrs now adays are just slamming their body's with as much drugs as possible and not relying on hard hard training and dedication on their diets. I have seen many jacked older dudes that have been hammering away for decades.
