guys he's finally put out a workout program template: ChAoS & PAIN: You Asked for It, and You've Got It- Exercises in Extremity, the 1st Official C&P Workout Template

just incase you guys missed it i figured i'd post it up.

im thinking this will be in my near future

i decided today, i will now be training C&P or at least some variation on it

i'll probably add some speed work and rearange shit (dont tell him )

im excited for this

This workout seems different to me than the blog he posted about the basics, not sure if I read something wrong in the basics but that seemed to include a squat, push, and pull, and the blocks of this template only include 2 exercises.

There's no set workout, haha. That's the whole point. I had a couple of guys nagging the shit out of me to post a full workout, so I threw up that template. I vacillate between the push/pull/squat and something more like the template.
