-Run a 13 week Smolov cycle
-Make the powerlifting watch top 50 ranking list
-Continue to learn to lift in gear and compete equipped at least once (single-ply)
-Mentor and help other lifters as much as I can/set a good example that others would want to follow should they choose to.
Here are a few personal goals:
-Be the best father and husband I can be (this means continuing to balance family, work, lifting and other hobbies).
-Maintain my health
-Take a nice vacation with my family (travel somewhere...)
-Maintain my sobriety and continue to grow spiritually
-Ride my motorcycles a lot more than I did in 2013!

1) Get through to final year in college!!
2) Get over 500kg total.
3) Drop a few % bodyfat.
4) Play all 400 minutes of rugby matches for the rest of the season.

Going into this next year I feel my goals are very different than they have been in the last few years.
1.) Learn to count calories.
2.) Lose fat while sparring muscle, get down to below 250. Currently back up to 275ish from 260 earlier this year.
3.) Rehab my lower back. I want to squat again.
4.) Do cardio more consistently
5.) Do ab training more consistently
6.) Take some formal marital arts training.
