Squats with chains

Hamstrings
Leg curls specifically all out sets with a ton of partials to finish

Biceps
Incline DB curl

Triceps
Close Grip Press

Shoulders
Meadows hang swings for rear delts and run the rack laterals

Back
Deadlifts

Traps
DB shrugs with 3 second holds

Abs
squats

Calves
hate calve training period lol

Legs - Squats
Triceps-Close Grip Bench
Chest - DB Press
Biceps - Standing BB Curls
Hamstrings - SL Dead lifts
Back - Deadlift
Shoulders - OHP
Abs - Forklifts or Pushaways depending on my current goals
Forearms - Farmers Walk
Calves - Does not matter - they never grow ha ha
Traps - Heavy Shrugs

This makes me realize I'm not doing some of the things that keep training fun. I'm going to work some of these back into my routine!

Quads Trap Bar Dead Lift

Hamstrings RDLs

Biceps Chin Ups

Triceps The 4th powerlift (with dumbbells!)

Chest Cable Cross-overs (but haven't done them in 5+ years!)

Shoulders DB Lateral Flyes

Low-Back Deadlifts

Mid-Back Cable Rows

Traps DB shrugs

Abs Russian Twist

Forearms Wrist Roller or Grippers

Calves Hiking
