Merry Christmas from MAB
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. I hope that each of you has a good finish to the year. Whatever your goals are for 2010, it's time to get ready to hit it. I hope to see you all here achieving your goals.

I started this site in October 2008 with the desire to do something I love. I had little direction other then wanting to make a forum that was a respectful place to talk training and diet.

Over the course of 2009, I have made many new friends on the forum, and fortified relationships with guys that I have interacted with long before MAB.

I value each of you as a friend, and I respect each of you for how you attack the weights. I can honestly say that I don't know if there is a forum on the web like this...every one walks the walk, trains hard, and always takes time to encourage.

This might sound corny, but I'm proud of the group of men that "walk" on this forum. Whatever happens in 2010, I know each of you will survive and thrive.

Merry Christmas,

Merry Christmas,

Here's to hoping that everybody is able to celebrate Christmas, or Hanukkah, or any other way that you may celebrate it with Family, and loved ones.

I'm Looking forward to the coming year with all it's challenges. I've met some really great people since finding this forum, and I look forward to helping each other meet our goals, and push each other as Brothers in Iron.

Big family gathering tonight with my Wifes family. Time to get the car loaded, and get ready to hit the road. It's going to be a busy couple of days.

Stay safe if your travelling.

Merry Christmas! There's definitely a good group of folks here! I'm glad to be a part of this community and my older home @ IPYU. I've also made many friends through these sites. There are many of you that I'd welcome into my home any time.

Hope you all have the best New Year ever and stay safe if you are travelling during these holidays.

*BTW, if you don't celebrate Christmas, but rather something else as GLWanabe stated....enjoy that too.

Working 1/2 day today and then the chaos begins when I get home. Christmas with my family, then to the wife's parent's house, then to the wife's Grandparent's house. Then get home, put things up, wait for the boys to go to bed and set up "santa" for the a.m.

Its been a pleasure knowing everyone on the forum! I've enjoyed reading alot of the posts and looking at some of the crazy photos that get placed in discussions. I've been around for about a year and even though I don't post much I'll always be around because its a pleasure.

2009 will be a year to remember, I have changed many things in my life as a person and in my training, I've been dealt a few blows and yet here I am stronger for them, and i have found my new home at MAB and met many great people here. The end of the year is here and I feel as though it is like the mighty Phoenix of myth, dieing then being reborn anew, so here is to 2010, I hope this year proves fruitful for all of you my friends, and yes I also am proud to call all of you my friends.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays,

P.S. Enough sappiness lets prepare for war in 2010, and destroy all of our competitions and pr's many times over.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!! It is time to celebrate and enjoy the company of our loved ones.

And then it will be time to attack the weights again and set new records. This forum is definitely the best on the web, it has helped me so much and even changed me into a powerlifter. 2010 will be another great year for all of us here and I know this website will only grow and get stronger.

Keep up the great work guys, and thanks for all the help that everyone has given me during this past year.
