Default thoughts on madcows?

instead of doing my 20 rep squat program i'm thinking about just doing a basic madcows routine... the geocities site is down so i used this site for info: Bodybuilding.com - What Type Of Workout Would Be The Most Effective While Bulking? - Workout Of The Week

any thoughts on how this would work out for me?

Current 5RMs
Squat: 175
Bench:140
Dead: 215
Rows: 125
Military Press: 105

madcow has been good for me. It is really nice to see the numbers increase from week to week. Don't be fooled by the "9 week template," just get on it and ride it for as long as you can. For me, very nice strength on squats and deads, not so much on my preses (but that's just me). Didn't do a whole lot for MY physique. Maybe you would be different.

Since you won't be using it, can I borrow your 20 rep routine?

ha sure it's not a one use only kind of thing! ha just kidding yeah if you're gonna do it let me know how it works out for you, i might do that later
