I found a good book with great illustrations. It is called Strength Training Anatomy - by: Frederic Delavier.

I'll check that out.

I am reading Muscle, Smoke and Mirrors and it is very good. A must read for anyone interested in the iron game history.

That is a great book, being that was the first book on lifting i ever read, too bad ack then proper programming wasn't on my mind so i just did everything from that book that i had equipment for every day. 4hr workouts 7days a week anyone lol
