Default 10 Ways to Change Your Life in 2010

I'm will be writing an article for the January issue of Natural Muscle Mag called "10 Ways to Change Your Life in 2010."

I'm looking for your input. What are some simple things the average trainee can do to make 2010 the best muscle building/get ripped year of their life??

Eat better.

Sleep better.

Focus on progression better.

Make a long term goal to achieve, and then break it down into monthly benchmarks. (have a plan)

Simplify there workout.

Stop using all machines, and get it done with a barbell. At least for awhile, it's hard but teaches you that basic tools still work, sometimes better.

Keep a detailed log.

Make small changes to there plan, don't scrap it.

Stop overthinking the process.

Good choices GL.

I had a suggestion from someone on another forum that I break down the different PCF ratios, and how they impact progress. My brain nearly imploded.

Put Olympic lifting movements into their routine.

Bulk for the whole year, and ripped abs be damned. They can have ripped abs next year. Make a committment to grow.

Consider why your taking the supplements your taking. Supplements don't build muscle. Moving iron builds muscle.

I'm still thinking.
