Default How to get banned from the gym in 5 easy steps

Step 1: Find a suitable gym, equipment, price, distance.

Step 2: Negotiate a happy medium with price, whether it be monthly, bi-yearly, yearly, etc.

Step 3: Sign the paper that says excercise is dangerous, your own risk, nobody held accountable, etc.

Step 4: Now that you are a member, you must lift hard, and make appropriate noises. Such as displays of anger when you fail a lift. Or the clank of the deadlift bar.

Step 5: Congrats! Even though it is a spider filled, dirty, backwoods "fitness center" filled with hicks, you are now banned because an anonymous asshole has complained about your aggressive tendencies.

This public service announcement brought to you by a pissed off fat guy.

This video contains some cursing, a scary gym, possible nudity, and horror throughout. You have been warned and by watching you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.

That gym looks like a large basement meant to store a bunch of items. Owner seems like an idiot.

Well hope you find a better gym bud! However, having some spiders in your gym is normal, there are spiders in my gym !

That gym looks like crap! Hope you find a better one which will not be too hard I'd imagine!

On another note, I've never been in a gym with more than 1 power rack and several have had none. Do multi-power rack gyms exist?

Sure do. None within a million miles of where I live, however.

edit: We don't even have one actual power rack, in fact. Just a half squat rack thing.

That sucks! The gym I go to on post has 2 power racks, 1 squat rack, and 3 different leg presses. There's also another gym close by that has 2 massive power racks upstairs in the corner of the cardio room. Most people don't even know they're up there.

You're tax dollars at work, although most of the equipment is used plenty.

Looks like that gym has twice the amount of useless equipment as my gym. And my gym sucks too! One very cheap power rack, but few use it.

Spiders just want to get swole. I hope you show the video to the owner. I seem to remember you saying you broke a yellow ab wheel thing.
