Hi Meagain
I have been lifting weights for about 3 years now and 1 of my errors is that when I'm trying to work my shoulders my traps get all the work. Any advise on working my shoulders with my traps ?? thanks

Hi Shantal and welcoem to the site.

Many people have the same concern. Traps are heavily involved with shoulder work. My best advice is to stick with the exercises you are doing, and don't be too concerned that your traps are feeling it. Your shoulders are working hard too. Try to focus your mind on working the shoulders.

What does your shoulder workout look like?

Nice! I'm a big fan of routines like that. I wish I had known about them when I was less seasoned.
