Lazette,
Commit to a couple of workouts before the new year. Then when it is time to make that resolution you have already started and continuing will be a lot easier. Worked for me in 2012. Good luck!

I'm glad to be part of this community. I like to talk about fitness, health and muscle building. That's why I joined this forum.

I come from being a skinny guy myself, used to weigh 120 lbs... now I'm at 175 lbs.

Hi, this is nacho from Greece. Found the forum accidentally during a research on a strength program and the level of members' knowledge and their helpful attitude really impressed me.

I'm 22, been in and out of gyms for some years now but only the last one I am training and eating properly. Currently I am running a 5/3/1 routine but I am planning to change it into a more self-regulating thing.
