Hello all at B & M....new to this site, but not the boards. I am the Admin at UGFFL.

I'm trying get back into training. I've had some health issues and injuries. Finally have a great training partner lined up, just have to finalize everything. Hopefully I'll be moving some iron come January.

I'm looking forward to learning and teaching as much as I can. I hope to stop in frequently.

Hi all my name on here is wimpy. I am pretty wimpy as much as I hate to admit it. I am hoping this site will motivate me enough to get some muscle and tone and definition to my body.
