Hi everyone....

I have been a member of a different board where BendtheBar is very active for a while and i have actually looked at the workouts on this site before and used them for inspiration.

I didnt realise however that this site was run by Bendthebar, so thanks to Abaddon for letting me know

Hopefully i can learn a bit from the members on here, and if i can give out a bit of inspiration, motivation and help

Looking forward to being an active member here.

I am currently doing 5/3/1. however i am a chronic Asthmatic and my fitness levels have dropped considerably doue to the lacjk of cordio. i am gonna spend a month working on fitness and endurance (hopefully losing a bit of the Christmas gut in the process) and then perhaps go back to 5/3/1 or some other type of Powerbuilding...

Welcome to the forum Carl.

I didn't realize you had asthma. I have it mild, but bad at times and I know how hard that can make training.

I try to keep this site quiet on M&S because we are not trying to take M&S' traffic.
