RoaringMad Mac is off to a bad start

I'm just trying to cool down now. I just got back from walking the dogs here at work. This will be .5 miles for each dog 1 mile total for me.

I did 1 mile when I got to work and 1 mile in the afternoon. This is not counting the cardio I do in the morning. I'm sweating my ass off right now. Glad when it gets a little cooler. Main reason to be doing so much walking is hunting season. There are a lot of areas where I will have to be walking in to hunt. We have told all the other memebers certain areas are only walk in now so it stays still for the deer to roam and not be spooked by the 4 wheelers rolling like they were last year.

Good job Mac. Walking is the only form of cardio I enjoy.

My wife just did a 30 rep set of squats with 55 pounds and probably had 10 reps in the tank. I'm trying to get her to trust herself with weight. I think she could max well over 135, but weight scares her.

So, if she won't use heavy weights, she said she would try high reps. I was impressed.

Went to the chiro today and then to the hospital and got my MRI on my back. I have to call next Thursday to see what's going on. Doc said no back or leg work outs but he said I could do pull downs, chest and arm work. So that's a plus, looks like I won't be starting the P90x any time soon

Damn. That stinks. Did he give an indication how long you might be under lockdown? Or is it just until Thursday when doc gets a chance to look at it?

Yeah I'm can only do what I already mentioned at least till I get in to see him next Thursday. Then we will see what is really f-ing my back up.
