Rules of showmanship
Rule 2) Don't ever let negative rotten scumbags and their shitty opinions influence any aspect of you life.
Rule 3) Misery loves company and miserable people will always try to bring better people down.
Rule 4) Support yourself, your family and your friends. No one likes a cheap leach who can't pay their own way and is given handouts. Re-rack your weights, clean up your chalk stains, don't damage equipment.
Rule 5) 200lbs is 200lbs, Don't limit yourself to just your lifts. Being elite in a sport with over 20 feds,several different rules, different classes,different divisions and so many politics doesn't say much in the real world; but being a shitty person makes you a universal asshole in every walk of life.
Rule 6) Have proper hygiene. This should be obvious as it is the primary rule in gym etiquette and just a sign of normal human decency.
Rule 7) Karma isn't a circle or a cycle, it is a spiral. Positive actions result in success while negative reactions lead to failure.
Rule 8) Failure to plan is planning to fail but planning to succeed requires a lot more than just well wishes and mental effort. It also requires decisive action and strong physical resolve.
Rule 9) You catch more flies with honey but when you are so full of shit they will fly over you anyway.
Rule 10) Give back,because the only thing you are entitled to in life is death and taxes.
