As the title implies, I've no idea what these people are doing or why they're doing it and yes, most of this stuff is dangerous...


First one: if this is really for armwrestling training then aside from the dangerous aspect to the bicep, there is reason behind it...but I have no clue, if that's just the title of the vid and not even related to armwrestling at all.

A whole lot of weight here but why this technique? Again, no clue. Maybe there is reasoning behind it but most likely not.
