Default Tying shoes

Fellow fatties, or when your sore (or both), what methods do you use to tie shoes? I find getting on one knee to be slow but easy. If I'm in a hurry just take a deep breath.

I'm ashamed to say that I put the target shoe/foot on the second stair.

I find wheezing and cursing also help.

I am no fatty, but I still hate tying shoelaces.

Believe it or not, I used to wear shoes with velcro straps, just like the little kids till my ex forced me to switch to slip-ons.
