Default Nights seem to go faster

Nights seem to go faster the older I get. Does anyone else notice this as well? Nights used to drag by but not anymore, get home and bam it seems like I have to get ready for bed. And sleeping is even shorter it seems. Like my head just hits the pillow and the alarm goes off.
