Oh, edited to actually say when I train.

Usually go in about 10pm when circumstances allow, try to be around the least amount of d bags.

Usually around noon. Meetings stop at 11:30 most days for me and start back up around 2 PM, so it gives me a solid hour and a half in the gym after driving time.

What are they expecting to find in your cooler?

I train weights between 7 & 9 am, and martial arts between 7 & 9 pm

I liked to train about 3 pm. That gives me about an hour after lifting to cook and relax.

Awesome stuff!!

I usually try and get in around 1PM at the latest, or after work about 11PM. I am NOT a morning person. I like being awake to lift, so this works out pretty well.
