i have to train at various times when ever i can get a session between work and family commitments, i perfer to train in the evening if i can.

For years now it has been first thing in the morning.

Wake up>Preworkout>Prepare food for work>Washroom break>SFW's!!

Although, this might have to change at the end of this month due to work. It doesn't matter though, you have to roll with the punches.

4:30 - 5:00 depending on how soon I get home from work, and W/O partner gets there.

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

i like to hit the weights at night.
usually i get out at 8pm
sometimes i'm forced to go out at lunch, but i feel like i'm not as strong.

Always a pleasure to read your writings and musings Lisa

On weekends, with the Crew, we start at 10:00AM. On weekdays, in the JimGym, I train at about 5:30PM.

I used to train at 4:00AM 4X per week, in the JimGym. However, Mrs Squatter got tired after a couple of years of all the banging and clanging waking her up so she eventually put an end to that. I originally started early AM lifting tho so that I would be able to have dinner with the family every night of the week.

4:00-5:00 usually works perfect, but 1:00-2:00 is something I have been playing around with because I want to test out caffeine.
