Thought you guys might like to watch some old footage:

I don't know if this one is heavier or exactly the same; I haven't checked. In a comment under the vid above, however, it was highlighted that they now use two hands to clean it to shoulder height whereas in the Pathe clip only one hand was used, so that's interesting if the load is the same.

Very nice. I enjoyed that. He cleaned that like it was nothing at all.

Arnold Strongman Classic 2005 - Inch Dumbbell Press pt.1 - YouTube

In Fortissimmus, not sure if it was 2008 or 2009, one of the competitors was snatching these dumbells with one hand instead of doing the two hand clean. I think it was Koklyaev

In the first Arnold, they did this challenge with an authentic Inch DB and had to snatch it. The winner was the one who got it the highest. Mark Henry got it to above the waist. Pfister rested it on his thigh and then brought it up and pressed it, but didn't count. I believe Henry did do it later however in another venue.

It was ridiculously easy how he did that, especially that oomph to get it all the way up. Hard to believe he didn't rip his arm apart on that maneuver.

Incredible stuff by a guy that looked like he was let out of the home for the afternoon. :)
