Look familiar? shaking arms, scribbled illegible details... So, how do you guys handle arm day and writing your notes or even hit the right keys on the keyboard, for those that type?

I write out everything beforehand so the only thing I have to scribble is the number of reps.

Haha. I even write the reps too so all I have to do is check them off. Only have to write a number if I miss one!

I do it directly into my log here. Just copy and paste and adjust reps/weights as needed.

As did I when I used to use a notebook during. I would just write in sets and reps and edit it if I did more or less reps than what was my target. (Anymore I just have a movement I'm going to work on and go with a bit of an auto-regulation approach.)
