My english teacher isn't bad, its just a really shitty curiculum (sp)

I did giggle at the 150 POUNDS of protein/day though. lol

The one and only thing to caution on is telling people to drink large amounts of milk. I know it's hard to make general statements for the whole population (I've done on my site before too), but there are tons and tons and tons of people that are lactose intolerant. You're going to have a lot of bloated, gassy, unhappy people walking around.

Oh wait, that's how I always walk around.

Nice article, man. Keep it up. I really liked the "Badass" section.
thanks,
milk is just a easy way to up calories and shit. I would think that lactose intolerant people would be smart enough to disregard that part.

You would think that wouldn't you. But what if you're a n00b reading this latest and greatest 'technique' from a published author to get huge and don't know any better? This author presumably knows what he's talking about and therefore it MUST be true...regardless of how miserable I am. The term "following blindly" comes to mind.

Again, it's not a big deal. Just wanted to point out there are a TON of ignorant people out there that will do anything they're told if it means they'll get results. Look at the stuff you used to do when you were starting out. Did you question any of it?

Drinking large quantities of whole milk has been SOP for the bodybuilding niche for over 6 decades. I wouldn't hesitate to encourage that. Doug Hepburn nearly lived on milk and bananas.

You can't write for the idiots. You have to write good, common sense advice. And you cannot filter that because someone might misinterpret it, or use it incorrectly.

I really don't understand the issue with recommending large quantities of milk? So what if someone is lactose intolerant. Don't drink milk.

My last article in Natural Muscle Mag was "Squats and Milk: A New Look." I do not care for a second if someone lactose intolerant ODs on milk.

Long live lots of milk. And don't worry about the exceptions. Never, ever, ever write down to someone. That's a big rule in writing. If you write down to someone without common sense, you will waste time for the 99% of people who "get it."

Honestly, if someone who is lactose intolerant drinks a gallon of whole milk and farts along for a day...they have no one to blame but themselves.

I'm working my way back on Milk. I was having some issues with it, but I'm up to a few glasses a day again. So far no issues. Hope it stays that way.
