They actually also covered, aspartame, trans fats v butter, bread (), as well as other food related stuff and then exercise issues, with a slight tongue in cheek style at times to lighten things up...but, I had to laugh at one clip, the youtube clip of the guy that did the DL and then flaked, which we had posted on here months ago
