I took some time today to watch the show "The Doctors". I am glad that I did. It was all about weight loss. Now I know I need to lose some weight but this show was very inspiring. They had the show all about people who had lost weight. One guy even stated that he lost weight so he did not go blind because he was at risk for diabetes. There are things that you never even think of when you are heavy and this never crossed my mind. Just an inspiring show.

Glad you managed to find some inspiration to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
It is typical for this time of year that there are so many shows and commercials about weight loss.
I have watched that show before and liked it. The only thing is is that you have to PVR it because there are commercials every 2 minutes.
