Yes, except we're starting theis new year as we did the one back in 2002, we got off track after we dropped a new tradition...let's see if it can pull things around for us.

+1,000 here , have been lazy as hell for some time with diet and cardio. Need to stop trying to convince myself the dryer is shrinking my clothes and get moving. Getting stronger would be a bonus too

My lifts hardly moved last year. Time for something serious. 4 plates on that squat bar and 2 plates overhead.
