New Year Motivation
I admit, I love turning the page and beginning a new year. It feels like a reset button for me. I spend time reflecting on my goals, successes and failures.
Anyone else motivated by the coming new year?

+1,000 here , have been lazy as hell for some time with diet and cardio. Need to stop trying to convince myself the dryer is shrinking my clothes and get moving. Getting stronger would be a bonus too

My lifts hardly moved last year. Time for something serious. 4 plates on that squat bar and 2 plates overhead.
