Favorite coffee

What is your favorite coffee? Black, with sugar or cream, flavored coffees? I have had a severe love for coffee mixed with a packet of hot cocoa. It tastes wonderful and gets me ready for my day to come.

If I have coffee, which isn't a lot, I have black, no sugar, milk or cream; just basic coffee, any decent tasting coffee is fine but I don't have as much of it as most, I like it weaker...it's just a taste thing.

Black with whey.

A fresh ground pot of Jamaican Blue Mountain with nothing in it. Just savor the taste of the coffee.

A really dark coffee with just a tad bit of sugar.

Cowboy coffee. . .Very dark with grounds floating on the bottom. . .Cream and sugar are afraid to enter the area :)

When I was in Colombia in the 80's they used to make and sell a coffee drink called "Tinto." Brew the coffee in a large pot on the stove until dark and thick, grounds settle to the bottom. Then they add a ton of sugar until it is almost like a syrup. They serve it in little tiny coffee cups. Any way, I used to get a mug full of the brew, pre-sugar. The look on the Colombian's faces were priceless. They could not believe that anyone would drink Tinto that way. I attribute the hair on my chest to those mugs of tinto.

If you have to add sugar or other sweetening ingredients, you just don't like coffee.
