Bench: 315
Deadlift: 525

These #'s would have landed me in 3rd place at the last meet I was in at the WPC Vegas meet, had I had them now. For me, it's all about closing the gap and hopefully tossing a few lbs of fat away and make the 220 lb class (100KG)

I want more confidence. I want to be able to strut into a gym and work out and get fit and toned so I can move up and become a real weight lifter.

First priority is healing from my surgery, but I will continue to train around it until I am good to go!
Once I can get back full on It is on LIKE DONKEY KONG!

My PRIORITIES:
PROGRESSION, PROGRESSION, PROGRESSION!!
1 Slow Bulk
2 Bring up my legs + Calves
3 Improve my squats and deadlifts and walking lunges
4 Make my core stronger so i can pull more weight

Better conditioning, maintain training consistency but be a bit more patient. Hit weight loss goal and gain weight sensibly when the time comes. Stick to the program and trust the process.

As for numbers:

Bench Press - 120kg x 3
Squat - 160kg x 3
Deadlift - 200kg x 3 Hitting these for singles would represent solid progress but nailing them for triples would be awesome and a stepping stone to the 300/400/500 ground.

Power clean & push press - 100kg x 1

A bodyweight strict press would also be awesome
