I will be breaking down my whole 2013 plan and hope it happens

To Qualify for National championship
Junior:490kg/1079lb total
Open:642.5kg/1413.5lb total

First Meet Goal:
Squat:450lb
Bench:345lb
Dead:500lb
Total: 1295lb

Major championship Goal: in IPF I have only 24 months of qualifying to compete at nationals

Squat:500
Bench:375
Dead:550
Total:1425lb

Start Training gear during the summer. I also start taking chips out of my diet, I want to be bigger and healthier
