227.8 lbs. / down 15.8 lbs. (Day 35)

Today is Day 35 of my diet, weighed in at 227.8 lbs. this morning...down 15.8 lbs. Also I squatted for the first time in 2 weeks today...405x8 (RAW) on my 8th set after 5x12, 10, and 8. Feeling GREAT!!!!!

Great job! That's a lot of weight loss for just over a month, are you worried about losing a bunch of muscle mass or not really? Not saying that's what happened either, just wondering. Keep up the great work!

Good job on the weight loss and squat volume.

You should consider starting a training log here so we can follow your progress.

Not too worried, but then again I don't want to lose it all. But I was only squatting 405x10 at 245 lbs., so for me to be able to hit 405x8 today felt pretty damn good! haha

Great job! Having lived in your neck of the woods, I know that it is hard with all of the great food down there.
