Thanks Steve! It is what it is. We all have obsticals to overcome, but like I said, I don't think I'll ever do this again.

Yea, but it probably won't. Nothing helps, just needs to run its course like always. I'll live....probably

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Bam! Eat, rest for 2 weeks and your max is probably up 30 pounds!

I once did 50% for 100 reps in 30 minutes and I saw Jesus. I could never do that with 70%.

[QUOTE=Hunterace;297900]]12-4-12 December Deadlift Challenge
Warm Up ...10:53 to 10:58
Challenge ...11:00 to 11:30
This was a STUPID idea!!! What made me think bending over a bunch of times and exerting a ton of force, with blood rushing to my head while I live with a chronic headache was a good idea is beyond me
I'm very proud of myself, but I will NEVER do a deadlift challenge again! Military Press, Bench, Squat....fine. I will never do something like this to my head ever again! Everything was a PR! Volume, my last set of 6, headache pain! 51 total reps in 30min.!

Thanks SC! In hindsight not a good challenge for me, but I did what I could and I just hope my head is a little better by tomorrow. The last time I got my head in this much pain I was useless for three plus days. Hoping I get lucky

Thanks Steve! Right now it's my abs that are feeling it most, other than the inside of my forearms from rubbing across my knees on the way down lol!
