I can only assume that things like this have been done before. Any suggestions for warm up and after I'm done stretching or cardio to avoid death
I'm pretty sure that this is going to wreck me, any tips or advice is appreciated. Going to do this sometime this week.

Pace yourself, otherwise you'll burn out in the first few minutes which just makes every subsequent minute feel like an eternity and twice as hard.

I do singles. I stand up, recover, and wait until I feel ready to go again. Could do doubles.

If you jump in trying to do max rep sets you're going to probably regreat it.
