13.57-14.27 December 6th

My 1RM is 185kg so my weight was 130kg. Ended up doing 66 reps. Annoyed because I could actually have done more. Was pacing myself and have energy in the tank at the end. Very happy that my conditioning has improved so much though

Started off with 1 x 4 then did 8x3 followed by 1x2 to make 30 and thus make it easier to count
5x3 followed then 1x5 for 50. 2x3 then 2x2 for 60, 1x4 and then 1x2 as the timer was at 10 seconds for 66 reps.

I salute the lad who managed 88 reps, out of sight!

I'll be lucky to get 30.
