One simple act I found fun is the "stealth Amazon wish list" purchase. Find an item on a friend's list, stealthy ask about it..."Have you ever read or seen ___?"
If not, purchase. A few bucks out of pocket, and a fun way to do something nice.

How about the little things:
--Saying "thank you."
--Doing tasks without complaining.
--Pointing out something nice that others do.
--Being patient with others.
All these things can brighten a day.
