First time in 5+ years
For the first time in over 5 years I weighed in under 200lbs !!!!!! 199.4 to be exact, Woohooo!
This was my original goal to be accomplished within a year. I was hurt at work 6+ years ago, couldn't work and sat on my a$$ and got really fat, 267lbs was the highest i saw on the scale, could have been more than that though. Started in Feburary with better diet and training started shortly after. And do to health issues I've missed lots of workouts and over a month off when I was diagnosed with low test. I reached my original goal of being under 200lbs way early ! I thought I'd be looking pretty good at 200, but realized at 220ish, that I'll need to cut to close to 180 to be where I'd like. Then bulk for a long time!!!
Celebrated last night at Perkins with steak, eggs, hashbrowns, fruit. Then a cookie sundae, which was a big chocolate chip cookie covered in ice cream, whip cream and lots of mini chocolate chips. Had fudge packets too but didn't use them. Needless to say I didn't finish the sundae...too much sugar I think. I'm still around 19% bf according to a calculator I use, but I'm still getting stronger with big improvements on my lifting form.
