Starting Strength Seminar - Seattle Feb 2013
I'll be going to this seminar next year. The advice is to not do heavy workouts the week before, I figure 20hr on the plane plus jet lag is the same, so I'm planning to get in a few days before, and maybe hang around a day or two later.
Anyone else from here going?
Ideally I'd do a sort of Grand Strength Tour and go to a Dan John or Pavel Tstatsouline seminar a week after, but there doesn't seem to be much else on at the time. Any great gyms to visit?
I've never been to Seattle before, where should I stay and what should I see?
This has focused me on my training. I have to have some non-weak lifts, otherwise six months from now Rip will make some crack on the forums like, "when dealing with extremely weak and deconditioned people, such as the infirm elderly or personal trainers..."
