Wclune is off to a bad start
Thumbs up New Guy From Canada

Hey guys, thanks for having me on the forum, im not to sure if i posted this in the right section .. anyway, im 17 years old, about 5'10 and weigh 176lbs, 10% body fat, so far ive been training about two years (1 year consistently) and the supplements ive been taking were just whey isolate and Purple K Creatine. These supplements have worked for me but im looking for better gains/ supplements, im a noob when its comes down to it but i have ready some good review of the nitric igniter "N.O explode 2.0" Im not sure if this is good or not but input would e greatly appreciated. Like I said thanks for having me and hope to learn from you guys, Thanks, Will

Well, how much are those things helping you lift? If they are helping you lift more, rock on. if they are not, well rock off.

Just saying proof is in the barbell. It says what is good or not.

Dead = 353
Total = 888

Welcome to the forum.

When looking to maximize gains the first thing you want to do is make sure you are maximizing your training and eating plan.

Can you give us a basic outline of what your training and eating looks like, where your strength levels are, etc.
