NEW GOALS!!!!!
 
I accomplished my goals at the Clash for Cash: (600 lb. Deadlift) and (1,500 lb. total). Now I have a new set of goals! Never satisfied! I underestimated myself with a easy 570 lb. Squat and a easy 600 lb. Deadlift…..now I’m hungry for more!!!!! October 13th, in Hattiesburg, MS I will try to accomplish 4 more goals…..600+ Squat, 340 Bench, 650+ Deadlift, and a 1,600 total. Never settle, always strive for more!!!!! 24 days!!!!!

How's the body feeling post-meet?

100% Raw lists Elite at 1607. You're right on the doorstep. Not many people get close. Looking forward to seeing you hit this goal and them more.

I feel GREAT! Not as sore or beat up as I usually am after a meet...think it's because I left a lot out there on Squat and Deadlift! I rested Sunday and Monday. Tuesday I did a shoulder workout and today I did a light Leg workout. Tomorrow I'm going to hit chest and triceps! Well consider my new goal 1,608!!!!! Thanks for that!!!!!

Actually going to a powerlifting gym either next Tuesday or Thursday to get a good deadlift workout in. Going to see how 650 feels. I never really get to train deadlift at my gym, because they don't have an okie bar.

I actually never pull with a dead bar untill the day of the meet. Not sure if that helps or hurts me haha!!!!
