Any food you eat from now until weigh in will be with you so minimize food intake. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. You will still dehydrate during the day while you are at work, so you will lose weight at work. Once you are starting to get dehydrated, anything you drink will be retained also.

No, this isn't my first meet. But I woke up this morning and weighed 244 lbs. So I decided to go weigh in in the morning before my first day of work. Rode with my heater on blast the car ride there and weighed in at 239.5 lbs.!!!!!

Nice.

Please keep us updated when you can. Want to hear how this goes for you.

And hope that first day of work went well.

Yes, it went very well! This was totally un-planned also. I woke up at 6am with nerves of my first day of work and the meet tomorrow. So I was like hell...I'll go weigh in now! I'll post how the meet went tomorrow night when I get home.

Need a little advice guys, my starting weights for tomorrow are...Squat: 510, Bench: 310, Deadlift: 520. I want to go for Squat: 565, Bench: 340, Deadlift: 600 on my 3rd attempts. What should I do for all of my 2nd attempts? I want to do something close to my current PR's in meets, which is (Squat: 540, Bench: 330, Deadlift: 573).
