Here's the interesting thing, if I were to ask how many shower when they get up even if they know they will be showering after their gym session, how many will say yes? It's the same for the application of make-up etc, besides those that wear make-up on a regular basis look like the undead when they have none on because their skin has been covered against the natural elements for so long that it has no colour to it.
I've never worn make-up and I have healthy looking skin with a good colour; it also means I can be ready to go out within minutes of jumping out of bed.
